- Les films devront être réalisés par des personnes
originaires d'un pays du Sud ou traitant d’une thématique en lien.

- Durée : jusqu'à 20 mins

- Date de réalisation : après le 1er Janvier 2012

- Format : DVD, Blu-Ray

Terms and Conditions  for participants :

- Films must be directed by people originated
from a "southern" country or dealing with such themes
(Africa, Carribean Islands, South America, Asia, Near East...everywhere that is down South).

- Lenght : till 20 mins

- Format : DVD, Blu Ray

- Date of making : from  the 1st of January 2012 on
